Anyway, am currently packing for my next leave to Oz and this time in Sydney. I will update you guys when i'm there, so no worries. Hopefully, i will be able to meet you guys one more time before i leave? I am leaving on the 13th of February.
Anyway, continuing from the previous post of my cruise trip!
All was great except i got a pretty small and cramped-up room.
Anyway, the cruise made 3 stops not including the last back in port klang. And the first stop is... Singapore! We stopped at a new shopping area called Vivo City. Don't know if any of you been there and the opposite is the newly, still building, Sentosa area where all the casino and hotels are.
After that, we'd have to board back to our ship as the day is almost at its end. The next day, next stop! Which is Phuket, Thailand! I didn't get much photos here, i think most of it is still with my sis as she was the cameraman there. We anchored just off Halong bay and have to take this small speed boat, which is also like one of the cruise's life boat (ironic!) to the shore as there were no port there large enough to dock the cruise.
Well, Phuket was filled with much shopping and my family and i did went for a Thai massage too. After that, we were back on the ship for there was this formal ball kinda fine-dining dinner. Much over-rated i suppose but the food that night was awesome.
The next stop and the last was Langkawi. We had plenty shore time there so was been able to go around quite some bit and had some fun.
First we went to this longest cable car in Malaysia(not sure if thats up to date) and walk on the suspension bridge hanging thousands of feet in the air. Wind up there were pretty strong and it took abit of stairs climbing (and a whole lots of guts, jk!) but it was worth it. View there, were breath taking! But i didn't get much shot again as my sis was taking most of it.
After that, as the time was still early we went for the infamous Mangrove tour in Langkawi. It involves taking us on a small motor boat across the Mangroves river and stopping at certain highlights.
We were also brought to the crocodile cave but no crocodiles (con job!) haha.. and a bad cave to see some wild sleeping bats. I was wondering why was the cave that dark and wasn't able to see any bats at all until my sis turn around and pointed out why. =.="
Most embarrassing moment ok. There were plenty of ppl there and not to mention bats too ><.
And lastly we went to a fish farm to feed some variety of fishes including stingray! And ironically, some of them are meant for eating and so we helped ourselves to some sea food there too. It feels weird.
After Langkawi, the next stop was back in Port Klang were my family and i disembark. Overall, its was great fun and definitely worth going. RM1.7k for a 7days 6 nights trip with 3 places to visit, unlimited food and plenty of facilities, its definitely worth it! Hopefully there will be another! Hah...
Ok, thats about it for now. Will update you guys again. Till then, ciao.
