All for 5: France 2009

Bonjour everyone!
Welcome/bienvenue to the Abu Dhabi airline, Al-Etihad where they advertise Abu Dhabi from before you take off and before you land in Abu Dhabi. Heads up to them for having touch screen screens on board, but either than that the flight was generally quite pleasant. To France, it was a 7 hour flight to Abu Dhabi, transit 2 hours, then another 7 hours to Paris. Landed in Paris at 7:35am, whereby my coursemates of 120 started clapping upon landing due to the excitement that was Paris.

Below is the F1 car that I saw in Abu Dhabi airport, took picture of the description. If I'm not mistaken the next F1 Grand Prix is in Abu Dhabi right?

Voila, below you see Charles de Gaulle airport, not exactly who Charles de Gaulle is, but he must have done something really good, as they have roads and an airport named after him.

Here's a first look at the streets of Paris, it was cold when we went, apparently about 5 degrees when we arrived, some days it was -5 degrees in the morning.

Classic treasure hunt/cryptic, "Missing 'you' to someone you know" Sorry, dad brought us to alot of treasure hunts while growing up.. Becomes a habit to look at signs while on the road.

First church we saw in France, Yao, if you by any chance remember the place, it was near the St. Oeun metro line..

Inside the church, very majestic considering it's just an ordinary church along the road. Forgot the name of the church, St.. something.. hahaha, note the different colours on the walls, very cool, it's a Catholic church

One of the many stained glasses in the church, I would tell you what it means, but most of the people reading aren't Christians.. plus I don't want you all to fall asleep.. haha

The museum on the way to Eiffle Tower, again, not sure of its name, just know that it has big golden gates at the front..

Again, on the way, walking to Eiffle tower, not sure of the name, and not sure of the name of the tiang.. haha, we were kinda rushing there cause the sun was setting and anxiety and excitement was building..

Phei Ching and I at the Eiffle Tower, according to my sister, this was the place to stand for couple to take picture with the Eiffle Tower. The tower built by Gustave Eiffle was gonna celebrate its 250 anniversary which falls on goodness knows what day(recently I think). Friend told me that the Eiffle Tower without maintenance would fall in 100 years.

Arc de Triumph, basically a big roundabout.. There's an underground tunnel that brings you across underneath the thing.. My friend didn't know and ran across.. You imagine, the thing is about 5-6 car lanes wide across between walkway to the Ark.. Crazy frien
